Hooping is for every BODY. It increases stamina, tones muscles, sheds pounds, improves flexibility and balance and relieves stress. Some perceive hoop dance to be a literal form of "soul and body alchemy". Many have happily watched their waistlines shrink, confidence soar and joy increase in abundance through the simple act of "hula-hooping". They've rekindled how it feels to "play", let go and have a good time. Hooping encourages creative expression and movement, which naturally leads to health and fitness lifestyles; ones that nurture positive relationships with our bodies.
